If you have less than 6 months of office training, please note you will not be allowed to take the course. If a participant fails the handwritten test twice, they will not be invited to attend the Saturday hands-on session and will forfeit their registration fee. Please be sure the participant is ready and responsible when signing up.

Cancel 30 days in advance:

Refund requests for registration will be granted a full refund, less a $30 processing fee. The request must be received via email 30 days prior to the EDDA course start date.

Cancellation Requests between Early Registration Deadline and the day before your meeting begins

Transfer registration to a co-worker or to another date (under same dentist)- $25

Cancel 29-15 days in advance:

Refund requests for registration fees will be granted a 50% refund less a $30 processing fee. The request must be received via email 29-15 days prior to the EDDA course start date.

Transfer registration to a co-worker or to another date (under same dentist)- $75

Cancel 14-0 days in advance:

No cancellation requests or refund requests will be accepted or granted 14 days or less in advance of the start date of the EDDA course. This includes cancellations due to illness, late arrivals, weather, parking difficulties or any other reasons.

Transfer registration to a co-worker or to another date (under same dentist)- $100

Exceptions will not apply.

Cancellation request emails should be sent to jeanne@ladental.org. Cancellations will not be processed until we receive your written email confirmation. There will be no cancellations taken over the phone.

Please note that courses require a minimum number of students to run. If a class does not meet the required enrollment, it may be canceled, and registered students will be automatically moved to the next available course date. We will notify you in advance and do our best to accommodate your schedule.
