The Louisville Dental Society invites the dental community in the greater Louisville area to join us for a fun day at Churchill Downs. We will be on Millionaire’s Row on Friday, September 13th. Tickets are $65 per person and include admission, racing programs, lunch, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. There will also be a wagering window and a bar where you can purchase alcoholic drinks if you are so inclined. Please complete the form below to reserve your tickets and then you will be taken to a secure payment page. Please note that we will be emailing your tickets to you closer to the event date, so please be sure to use your preferred email address when completing your purchase.

This includes any other offices/people you would like to be seated with or if you have a preferred location such as next to the windows or the buffet. We will do our best to accommodate your seating preferences and requests. Requests will be honored in the order they are received, so reserve your tickets as soon as possible. To ensure our office has time to process and issue tickets, the deadline for ticket purchases is Friday, August 2nd.
