Your Best Card Team is monitoring news surrounding COVID-19 and trying to anticipate the changing needs of our merchants. We are aware that for a time all business will be impacted, operating in a limited capacity if at all. We understand that this pandemic is hitting your bottom line much as it is ours, and we want to ensure you have the information you need.
As of Monday, March 16th, Best Card staff transitioned to working remotely. We have taken significant steps to ensure that this does not affect your ability to accept payments, our staff availability or the quality of the customer service that we provide. Best Card staff will still be keeping normal scheduling, hours of operation and customer support. Our office phones will ring through to remote staff during business hours. If you need specialized assistance that the staff member you are speaking to doesn’t have, we will do everything we can to transfer accordingly or have the correct staff member call you back within 5 minutes.
We will still be available during normal business hours M-F 6:15 am to 6:00 pm MDT and we do have two staff on-call for emergencies on the weekend.
You will want to change message on your invoices to welcome patients to pay on your website. Some offices are also changing their out of office voicemail to reflect this option.

Many of our offices accepting web payments also use the full BCPay program in their offices, but specific equipment is required. Click here to see how this program works. We can also schedule demos of BCPay + Paylink, an optional feature that automatically posts payments to recent versions of Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental and PracticeWorks.
