- WHAT WE COLLECT

• For credit card payments: Primary Account Number (PAN), expiration date and when applicable card security code values.
• For Automated Clearinghouse payments (ACH): Account numbers and routing numbers.
• Other information relevant to payments, customer surveys and/or offers.
- WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Information will be used to facilitate payments using the merchant account setup for the business whom is accepting the payment.
- Information will be shared with merchant account/business for whom the payment has been collected to facilitate their business operations.
o For credit card payments: Primary Account Number (PAN) information will be encrypted and tokenized – neither Best Card nor the business who receives the payment will have direct access to full, unredacted PAN data but will see the last 4 digits of the PAN. Card security values are not shared.
o For ACH payments: Account and routing numbers are encrypted and tokenized – neither Best Card nor the business who receives the payment will have direct access to full, unredacted account data but will see the last 4 digits of each value. - Internal record keeping.
- HOW WE USE COOKIES
