Let’s be honest, dealing with merchant service providers can be a nightmare – it’s an industry that has earned a bad reputation with aggressive sales tactics, deceptive pricing and unresponsive customer service.

Where We Came From

In 2005 Rose and Jennifer, our co-founders, started what would become Best Card as an in-house member benefit program from the Colorado Dental Association.



Colorado Dental Association members had complained for years about merchant services providers that they felt took advantage of their dental practices. The CDA wanted to find a better solution, but couldn’t find any payments providers they felt offered a uniquely strong option for their members, so they created their own in-house credit card processing service and it exploded in popularity.



In 2007 Best Card had grown so much that we became our own company to work with practices in states beyond Colorado.

What We Do

Positive word of mouth from our clients fueled our growth from a single state service started in a basement into a nationwide company processing billions of dollars per year in payments. Now endorsed by ADA Member Advantage and 50+ dental and medical associations, the Best Card team is proud to provide our clients with an authentic and trustworthy experience.

She actually started out her career specializing in Wildlife Biology and Toxicology, which turned out to be a pretty firm foundation for managing people at Best Card. She enjoys family time, hiking, and gardening.

An avid dog lover, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband. She finds relaxation in solving puzzles and watching episodes of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." A true music enthusiast, she's still eagerly waiting for the dream collaboration album featuring Taylor Swift, Mötley Crüe, and Def Leppard.

Meredith is a proud girl mom, and is sisters with Kristen and Devan! Known for her impeccable interior design skills, her desk and house are envy-worthy in the office. She has a green thumb and loves regenerative gardening. Originally from Texas, she still uses "y'all" but doesn't miss the heat and humidity one bit.
